Florence Fennel - 1 Bulb

Fennel bulb, also known as florence fennel or finocchio, is a root vegetable that is in the carrot family. It is a highly fragrant vegetable that doubles as an herb. Uses: Raw shaved fennel is an exceptional garnish for grilled foods or as an accent to salads. Fennel pairs exceptionally well with tomato, garlic, and seafood (especially lobster or fish).
