Sweet Yellow Corn - 3 Ears (玉米)

Sweet corn, also called sugar corn and pole corn, is a cereal grain with a high sugar content. In contrast to other varieties of maize which are used primarily as a staple food; these kernels are sweet and low in starchiness. Sweet corn tastes sweet with a soft flavor that pairs extremely well with butter and salt.

Uses: Steam and rub with fresh butter. Grill until lightly charred and rub with fresh butter and top with flaky sea salt. Cut the kernels off the cob and sauté with some fresh butter.
