Asian Choice Frozen Yuba (Tofu Skin)

Soybean sheet roll, also known as tofu skin, bean curd, and yuba, is made by boiling soy milk in a large, shallow pan and collecting the film that forms on the surface. These soybean sheets are rolled and then left to dry before being flash frozen to preserve its delicate texture and flavor. Thaw before use or add directly to your favorite dishes. Tofu skin is prized for its unique rubbery texture and ability to soak up flavors. It is often eaten by itself or used as a wrap for other foods such as dim sum.
